中国技能溢价、要素替代与效率水平变化的估计与分析

摘要: 本文提出了一种估算技能和非技能劳动工资水平的方法,并据此对中国1990-2014各年的技能与非技能劳动工资水平、以及各年的技能溢价水平进行了估算。然后使用具有要素增强型技术进步的双层嵌套CES生产函数,通过标准化供给侧方程组方法估计了中国在此期间资本与技能劳动、技能与非技能劳动、资本与非技能劳动之间的替代弹性,以及资本、技能劳动、非技能劳动各要素的技术进步函数;并基于本文提出的技能溢价变化的构成因素分解式,测算分析了资本-技能互补效应、技能-非技能效率效应、技能-非技能供给效应各自对技能溢价变化的影响。

Abstract: In this article, we present an approach to estimate the wages of skilled-labor and unskilled-labor, and estimate the wages of skilled-labor and unskilled-labor, and the level of skill premium during 1990-2014 in China. Then, using a two-level CES production function with factor-augmenting technical progress, and by normalized supply-side system approach, we estimate the elasticity of substitution between capital and skilled-labor, skilled-labor and unskilled-labor, capital and unskilled-labor, and estimate the technical progress function for each factor. Based on the decomposition equation of skill premium change which is built in this article, we evaluate the capital-skill complementarity effect, skilled-unskilled efficiency effect, and skilled-unskilled supply effect on the skill premium change.
