摘要: 本文首先通过匹配方程研究各种因素对劳动力市场的影响,然后基于2004Q1~2014Q4中国季度数据,使用ARDL-UECM模型探究我国在长期和短期中就业人数、空岗数量、薪资水平、市场利率、政府失业补助对失业率的影响差异。研究发现无论从长期还是短期来看,就业人数、薪资水平和市场利率对我国失业率的弹性系数始终为负,说明这三个因素对失业率总是存在抑制作用;而失业补助和空岗数量对我国失业率的弹性系数长期为正、短期为负,说明这两个因素对失业率短期存在抑制作用,而长期存在促进作用。此外,本文结合理论与实证结果,在以不损失效率、不影响整体发展的情况下,提出相应的政策建议。

Abstract: This paper studies the impact of various factors on the labor market by matching equation, and then explores different effects of the employment in the long term or short term, job vacancy, wage level, interest rate and unemployment allowance on unemployment rate, based on quarterly China data (2004Q1~2014Q4) using ARDL-UECM model. It is found that the three factors of employed population, income and interest rate have inhibitory effect on the unemployment rate, because their elasticity coefficients are always negative; however, the two factors of job vacancies and unemployment allowance have inhibitory effect in the short term, while have facilitating roles in the long time, because their elasticity coefficients are always negative in the short term, and are always positive in the long term. Combining theoretical and empirical results, this paper gives the appropriate policy recommendations.
