摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文利用全球各国独立公布的国际收支平衡表，在负债（资产）份额假定下，采用负债（资产）流量转移法编制了国际资金流量初始矩阵，进一步用RAS法编制了2012年全球资金流量表(G-FOFM)，然后在国际资金流量表基础上对2012年全球主要国家之间的资本和金融流动状况进行了分析。

Abstract: Under the assets or liabilities share assumption, we set up an initial global capital flow matrix using each country’s balance of payments. Then we created the 2012 final global flow of funds matrix (G-FOFM) by RAS method, and meanwhile analyzed the capital and financial flows among major countries based on G-FOFM.
