摘要：

CPI是宏观经济的核心指标之一，在官方统计和宏观经济分析中处于主导地位。但CPI却是一个存在偏差的指标。近些年来，CPI的偏差问题在国际范围内受到了广泛关注，有大量的文献研究CPI的偏差问题。本文对国际上研究CPI偏差问题的文献进行了全面梳理，系统总结了CPI偏差的来源、估算方法、估算结果以及CPI偏差的影响，从多个角度对CPI偏差测度问题进行了评析，并对未来需要进一步研究的问题进行了展望。

Abstract:

The CPI is one of the core macroeconomic indicators, which is in a dominant position in official statistics and macroeconomic analysis. But the CPI is a biased indicator. In recent years, the CPI bias problem has received the widespread attention in the international scope, and there are a large number of literatures researching on CPI bias problem. This paper comprehensively investigates the literatures on the CPI bias, systematically summarizes the sources of CPI bias, estimation methods, estimation results and effects of CPI bias. This paper also discusses the CPI bias measurement from various perspectives and prospects the CPI bias research.
