摘要: 以京津冀各地市2003—2014年的面板数据为样本,运用熵指标将产业多样化分解成相关和无关多样化,考察了京津冀各地市的产业关联特征;然后在传导机制分析的基础上,通过建立空间面板数据模型,实证检验了产业的相关和无关多样化对京津冀经济发展产生的影响。理论分析表明,不能笼统地说产业的相关或无关多样化有利于或不利于经济增长,而应当结合当时所处的外部经济环境来分析。实证结果显示:样本期间京津冀各地市无一例外地都表现为产业的无关多样化水平高于其相关多样化水平,但是三地的相关多样化水平均呈上升的趋势;产业的无关多样化明显有利于地区的经济稳定,但是以钢铁工业为主业的相关多样化对京津冀的经济增长产生了明显不利的影响;实证分析结论既与理论预期一致,也和产能过剩的现实相吻合。为此,文章提出了相应的政策建议。

Abstract: Taking the panel data from 2003 to 2014 of all cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as an sample, this thesis puts the industrial diversification into related and unrelated diversification by using Entropy Index, and investigates the industrial association characteristics of these cities; then the impact of related and unrelated diversification on the economic development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is tested empirically through establishing spatial panel data model based on the transmission mechanism analysis. Theoretical analysis shows that we should not generally say the variety of industrial correlation or uncorrelation is favorable or unfavorable to the economic growth,but we should analyze them by combining with external environment they are being in. The empirical result shows that during the period of the sample the level of all these cities’ unrelated diversification is higher than the related one,but the level of all these cities’ related diversification showed an upward trend. And the unrelated diversification of these cities is clearly beneficial to the stability of regional economy. However, the related diversification which takes iron and steel industry as main industry has obvious unfavorable impact on the economic growth of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. The results of empirical analysis are consistent with theoretical expectations and the reality of excess capacity. Therefore, the article provides corresponding policies and advises.
