Abstract: With the development of national economy, the influence of information and communication industry is becoming more and more important. In order to measure information and communication industry and its contribution to economy accurately，improve the national accounting system, it’s necessary to establish ICT satellite account is an feasible solution. This paper combs the development of research on ICT satellite accounts and summarizes the research of OECD and other orgnizitions. It also concludes the experience of Australia in establishing ICT satellite account. Finally, we put forward some suggestions to establish ICT satellite account in China.
