Abstract: To overcome the weakness of the primary accounting models of final residents’ consumption on indirect- carbon emissions, this paper tries to derive the efficient accounting models, combining energy consumption data as the basis of carbon emission accounting, and subdividing residents' consumption items into different kinds, in order to account the final residents’ consumption on indirect- carbon emissions continually and fast. The results can make up the weakness of the primary accounting models ,and reveal the law of final residents’ consumption on indirect- carbon emissions, further can guide residents to a low carbon environmental protection mode of consumption, producers to “saving -resources, friendly- environment” production mode, which can be helpful for the work of China's energy-saving and carbon reduction smoothly, at the same time, provide some idea and methods for other types pollution emissions of residents' consumption items.
