摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文介绍世界银行2011年国际比较项目（ICP）调查框架、数据质量审核和评估标准、测算方法，分析全球比较结果，研究各国价格水平差异程度，比较各国经济总量和人均物量指标差距，剖析ICP项目的局限性。研究表明，国际比较项目方法仍在改进和完善之中，调查数据质量、比较方法和结果存在一定的局限，在应用比较结果时须谨慎，应正确看看待世界银行2011年ICP结果。

Abstract: This paper introduces the survey framework, the standards of data validation and estimation methods for 2011 ICP round by the World Bank, then makes international comparison on differences of price levels, economic aggregates and volumes per head among countries and analyzes the limitations for the ICP. The research shows that the ICP need to be refined and improved. It should be noted that there are some limitations in the survey data quality, methodology and comparison results. The results of 2011 ICP should be used prudently and treated correctly.
