Abstract: For the defects in the group evaluation, such as, forcibly integrated the individual‘s evaluation information under the condition of ignore the group consensus degree, forcibly comparison under the condition of ignore the potential of different subgroup, the paper discussed the measurement of consensus, the classification and construction of subgroup, the decomposition and identification of divergence between subgroups and inter-subgroup, with the concept of consensus degree as the main line. On this basis, we discussed the design of evaluation mechanism for group evaluation in order to improve the consensus degree, and put forward three mechanisms: the evaluation mechanism based on information feedback, the evaluation mechanism based on the correction of individual’s power, and the evaluation mechanism based on the correction of chain structure.
