Abstract: In order to understand the housing situation of Beijing residents in the current economic and financial environment, the willingness of buyers, the repayment pressure and house prices judgments and expectations, we have designed a survey in more than one thousand urban residents in Beijing. According to the survey results, we compile 8 housing purchase indexes of Beijing residents, and construct a composite index which leads the Beijing new housing price index 2 quarters.
