Abstract: According to the differences of handling the import entry, the input-output model is divided into a competitive model and non-competitive model. This article discusses the non-competitive input-output price model which takes into account the role of import. Relative to the competitive model, wages’ conduction effect on price is lower. In addition, the model can analyze the influences of prices changes of imported products on the domestic sectors. This paper calculates the impacts of the rise of wages and the prices of the imported products on individual sector and the whole economics in the year of 1997, 2002, 2007.
