摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文基于我国2008年时间利用调查数据中河南省的数据，从时间利用角度分析了我国现阶段城乡居民有酬劳动的现状和存在的问题，并提出了相应的政策建议。本文不仅是我国首例基于大样本的时间利用研究，而且研究内容突破了现有时间利用研究的一般范围，是对如何通过时间利用统计来改进公共政策制定所作的一个有益探索。

关键词: 时间利用, 就业活动, 家庭生产经营活动

Abstract: Using the data of Henan Province drawn from 2008 Time-Use Survey of China, this paper analyzes the status of paid work of urban and rural residents in China and makes some policy recommendations. This paper is not only the first time-use study based on a large sample in China, but also goes beyond the traditional fields of time-use study. It is a useful attempt of promoting public policy making through time-use statistics.
