中国高技术产业垂直专业化的生产率效应

摘要: 本文选取中国高技术产业1995-2008年细分行业的面板数据,采用Malmquist生产率指数对TFP进行测算和分解。在考虑R&D投入、贸易开放度和产权结构的条件下,运用动态面板GMM方法,考察了垂直专业化对生产率增长的影响。研究显示,垂直专业化对我国高技术产业的TFP、技术进步和技术效率产生了显著的促进作用,而国有产权的过于集中不利于生产率增长;此外,R&D人力投入对技术效率产生负向的影响。

Abstract: This article selects the sub-industry panel data of China’s high-tech industries during the period of 1995 to 2008, and uses the Malmquist index to measure and decompose the TFP. Under the conditions of considering R&D input, trade openness and ownership structure, it examines the influence of vertical specialization on the productivity growth using GMM method. The results show that the vertical specialization makes significant impacts on TFP, technological progress and technical efficiency. But when the state-owned property is too centralized, it is against the productivity growth. In addition, R&D manpower has negative impacts on the technical efficiency.
