摘要： 国家社科基金项目为我国哲学和社会科学的研究指引了方向。本文系统分析了“十一五”期间统计学国家社科基金项目从立项到完成的情况，在总结取得成绩的基础上，同时也指出了该学科项目发展中存在的有关问题。

Abstract: It’s proved that philosophy and sociology is guided by the national social science foundation in China. This paper systematically analyzed the situation from the establishment to the completion of Statistics programs of the National Social Science Foundation. We also pointed out the related issues in the development of Social Science Foundation based on summarizing achievements.
