Abstract: Abstract:Fiscal policy and monetary policy, which can be a reasonable coordination according to the macroeconomic requirements, are the most important and frequently used tools for government to intervene macroeconomics. Based on the exchange rate regime of basket currencies, this paper gives an in-depth analysis of the combined effects of fiscal and monetary policies on the national economy, using modified M-F model. The results show that, in the currency basket exchange rate regime, expansionary fiscal policy combined with expansionary monetary policy is the better operation than others. The result of empirical research is the same as the above theoretical analysis. Finally, the author analyzes the conclusion and makes relevant policy recommendations.
