Abstract: Based on the comparison literatures on the main national government statistics institutions, we have established 5 kinds of statistical models, which reflect the general characters and basic differences between the Chinese and west government statistics. Through adding the repeating concern with statistical practice, we obtained statistical effect formulas and examinations for Chinese government statistical institution and its reforms. Finally we get the conclusion which includes seven differentia between Chinese and west statistical institutions.
