摘要: 相对于高技术而言,在特定的技术发展阶段,低技术行业的创新对行业发展的影响力更为巨大,而低技术行业的技术创新可以通过专利申请、授权量特别是发明专利申请、授权量来反映。我国专利统计始于1985年,以1985年以来的IPC分类为基础的专利申请数和授权数为基础进行低技术行业专利创新的分析,可以从数量角度反映低技术行业创新发展变化特征。由于低技术行业的界定是相对的,本研究的最大难度在于建立低技术行业与IPC分类对应关系,以此分类关系为低技术行业专利分析的研究基础,发现低技术制造业专利技术创新的特征。

Abstract: The technology innovation of low-tech manufacturing, in a specific period, is of greater importance to development of manufacturing compared with it of high-tech manufacturing. The characteristics of low-tech manufacturing innovation can be reflected by the number of applications and grants of patent. The patent statistics of China started on 1985. The technology innovation analysis based on the number of applications and grants of patent classed by IPC( International Patent Classification) can reflect the characteristics of development and changes of technology of low-tech area. Since the definition of low-tech area, the most difficult thing of this study is to construct the relation of low-tech area and IPC, and then conduct the study of technology innovation of low-tech area on basis of the relation.
