摘要： 本文研究了Delphi-AHP构权过程中专家意见一致性的统计检验问题。提出了p阶对称均值比指标用于度量专家意见一致性，并建议了两种确定阈值的方法。

Abstract: This paper focuses on the statistics test for the consistency of the specialist opinions with choosing the Delphi-AHP statistics weights. The p-order symmetric mean ratio indicator is proposed and two methods are suggested to give the critical values of the indicator.
