Abstract: Among many aspects included in the statistical survey system, such as methodology system, organizational structure, legal system, resource allocation and so on，this paper researches on the two core contents: methodology system and organization structure. Based on reviewing the development process of the statistical survey system since the reform and opening up, this paper deeply analyses the outstanding problems exist in China’s statistical survey system and makes reflections on the further reform.
