摘要： 随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断发展，统计法制建设取得了长足的进步，统计违法违纪行为得到了严肃查处。在加强统计法法制建设的同时，进一步强化思想道德建设，让社会成员在内心深处筑起一道防御统计犯罪的堤防，是一个值得重视的问题。

Abstract: With the rapid development of market economy in China, the system of statistical rule has made great achievements. Actions against statistical laws have been punished seriously. Meanwhile, we should focus more on building up moral value, which will help to provide alarm just in the deep hearts of social members.
