摘要：

文章通过建立城市旅游竞争力评价指标体系，采用层次分析法（AHP）与专家打分法相结合的方法，首次对我国4个直辖市和289个地级市的旅游竞争力进行了全面的综合评价。在给出整体排名的基础上，结合聚类分析结果对我国城市旅游业发展的区域分异进行了进一步研究，在空间地图上勾勒出各城市的旅游竞争力和旅游产业发展所处的不同阶段及所属的不同类型，并探讨了未来的发展方向和提升空间。

Abstract:

By building up a competence evaluation system, with the combination of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Delphi Method, this study has conducted a comprehensive evaluation of tourism competence in terms of 4 municipalities and 289 prefecture level cities for the first time in China. On the premise of an overall ranking, the study has further analysis the regional differentiation of Chinese city tourism development. Combine the result of evaluation & systematic cluster analysis, a visual map is able to be delivered to provide a comprehensive understanding of several key dimensions, including tourism competence, tourism development stage and tourism type of each city. Along with the map, the study also provides a direction of future development towards city tourism.
