摘要: 论文以最低工资标准对其它工资水平的影响为研究对象,运用经济学理论构建了一个包含攀比效应的均衡模型,并根据中国省际面板数据进行了实证分析。研究表明,我国最低工资标准对交通业、房地产业和金融业等高工资行业工资水平增长具有推动作用,而对建筑业、批发零售业和制造业等低工资行业工资水平增长的推动作用具有滞后性。同时,不同地区、不同时间段的最低工资标准对工资水平变化的影响也不同。总体来说,最低工资标准对平均工资变化具有极小的正影响,并且这种正影响不具有持续性。

Abstract: The paper studies the effect of the minimum wage over other wages in china. The result shows that the minimum wage promotes the wage growth of the high-wages enterprises such as traffic construction enterprises, real estate cooperation, finance and insurance industry, and has lagging promoting effect over the wage growth of low-wage enterprises such as construction industry, wholesale and retail trade, manufacturing industry. It also finds that the effect of the minimum wage to other wages is different in different regions and time intervals. The minimum wage has little and positive effect over the average wage growth, and the effect is unsustainable.
