Abstract: In order to deepen the research of the input-output analysis, and extend Keynesian investment multiplier theory from aggregate analysis to structural analysis, Professor Liu Qiyun from Institute of Economics, Renmin University of China, set forth the second-stage I-O analytic method. Based on this method, this paper puts forward to the specific methods and steps on how to prepare the second-stage I-O analytic table. And using the 2002 data of our country, we prepared the second-stage I-O table, which is aimed to establish the structural Keynesian investment multiplier model; also we reached some analytic results and thereby put forward to some suggestions.
