摘要： 本文在回顾现有企业寿命测度方法的基础上，提出测算企业寿命的方法。并就在实际应用中存在的异距数列，提出编制企业生命表时的修正方法，编制了中国企业生命表和中国企业完全生命表，并做了简要分析。

Abstract: This paper reviews the measurement of life-span of enterprise, and puts forward the method of measuring enterprise life. In the actual application, we put forward a correction method of enterprise life table in series of unequal interval and compiles of Chinese enterprise life table and of Chinese complete enterprise life table, then makes a brief analysis.
