摘要： 本文利用我国国际收支平衡表提供的资料，对改革开放以来我国货物和服务贸易总额及差额的变化情况进行了历史比较分析和国际比较分析；对经常项目差额、外国在华投资净增加额、我国在外投资净增加额、储备资产增加额的变化情况进行了分析；对储备资产增加额与经常项目差额和资本及金融项目差额之间的关系及其变化情况进行了分析；探讨了我国国际收支中存在的一些问题，提出了一些改革建议。

关键词: 经常项目, 资本和金融项目, 储备资产项目

Abstract: This paper uses data from China’s Balance of Payments to analyse the change of total amount and balance of China’s imports and exports of goods and services after the reform and open up based on historical and international comparison; to analyze the change of the balance of current account, the net increase of FDI in China, the net increase of China’s direct investment abroad, the increase of reserve assets; to analyze the relationship and its change among the increase of reserve assets, the balance of current account and the balance of capital and financial account; to discuss those problems existing in China’s international payments and provide some reforming suggestion.
