中国设备投资专有技术进步的估计

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文基于投资专有技术进步的增长核算框架，分别采用了两种方法估计中国设备投资专有技术进步（ISTP）速度。根据国家统计局未经完全质量调整的统计数据，1980-2005年中国设备ISTP速度平均达到3%，根据美国各类设备ISTP间接估计，1985-2005年中国设备ISTP平均速度达到了4%。这一结果有助于我们理解改革以来的中国经济增长。

Abstract: This paper measures the rate of investment specific technological progress (ISTP) in Chinese equipment investment using two approaches based on the frame of growth accounting. The results indicate that the rate of ISTP in Chinese equipment investment is about 3% from1980 to 2005 by using the data of NBSC, and rate of that is about 4% through an indirect approach using American rate of ISTP about four types of equipment. Those results above would be useful to understand Chinese economic growth since 1978.
