摘要: 创意产业是以创新为核心,以知识产权为依托,与科技文化有机结合为特征的创意产业,近年来创意产业发展迅速,已经成为我国转变经济增长方式,寻求可持续发展和建设创新型国家的重要选择。本文在借鉴发达国家和国内发达地区经验的基础上,结合《国民经济行业分类》和重庆市实际情况,对创意产业定义进行了明确,将创意产业分成了六大类,并在全国率先开展创意产业统计调查。本文对重庆市开展创意产业的调查方法、经验、结果和下一步研究思路进行了较为深入的阐述,对国内开展创意产业统计研究具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: Creative industry which depends on intellectual property rights and integrates with sci-tech and cultural is developing rapidly in the recent years and becomes an important choice to transform the ways of economic growth and achieve a sustainable development in China. Based on the experience of developed countries and developed areas of China, this paper integrates Industrial Classification for National Economic Activities and the actual conditions of Chongqing to define creative industry and separate it into 6 categories. It’s also the first time to survey creative industry in China and the methods, experience etc. in Chongqing would be referred in this field.
