摘要： 本文在经济系统是耗散结构的假设基础上，建立FDI和经济发展指标体系，运用灰关联熵模型定量分析了2001－2006年间FDI和中国经济系统有序度之间的关系。结果表明：在2001－2003年间，FDI造成了经济系统的熵增，降低了系统的有序度；而在2004－2006年间，FDI使经济系统产生了熵减，提高了系统的有序度。应当更加重视利用外资的“质量”，使FDI成为系统引入的负熵，实现FDI与经济系统的协调发展。

Abstract: Based on the hypothesis that economic system is a dissipative structure, this paper sets up the FDI and economic development index system and uses a grey incidence entropy model to analyze the relationship between FDI and the order degree of Chinese economic system from 2001 to 2006. The results show that during 2001 and 2003, FDI causes the entropy increase of economic system and decreases its order degree; while during 2004 and 2006, FDI lead to the entropy decrease and increases the order degree.
