摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文利用数据包络分析法对福建省的漳州、泉州、莆田、福州和厦门5个城市的民营与港澳台及外商投资科技企业2006年的科技投入产出效率进行评价，并对其在2004～2006年间生产力的动态变化进行测度和分析，提出了科技企业提高投入产出效率及提升生产力的对策建议。

关键词: 数据包络分析法, 投入产出效率, 生产力的动态变化

Abstract: Using the method of data envelopment analysis, this paper measures the inputs and outputs efficiencies of private technology-based enterprises and Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwai & Foreign invested technology-based enterprises in 5 sample cities of Fujian Province in 2006, as well as the total factor productivity change of those enterprises from 2004 to 2006. Some instructive policy implications are presented after the thorough analysis.
