摘要： 内容提要：本文采用Probit模型对贵州省黄平县农户参加新型合作医疗行为的影响因素进行了分析，主要有以下的实证发现：首先，民族种类对农户参合行为具有显著影响，少数民族农户参合率低于汉族；其次，经济条件对农户参合行为影响最大，贫困户参合率显著低于中高收入者；第三，缴费意愿对农户参合行为具有明显影响；最后，逆向选择、户主受教育程度和打工行为对农户参合行为无影响。

Abstract: Abstract: What kinds of in the poor minority areas? The paper studies the factors affecting farmer household’s participating behavior in the new cooperative medical system using the Probit model based on the data of 403 farmer households collected from Huangping county. The results are as follows: firstly, the minority kinds have significant effects on farmer household’s participating behavior, and farmer household’s participation probability of minority areas is lesser than that of majority areas. Secondly, income factor has the most significant effects on farmer household, and the poor family has the lesser provability than other. Thirdly, farmer’s willingness to pay has significant effects on farmer household. Lastly, adverse selection, education and outwork behavior have no significant effects on farmer household’s participating behavior.
