摘要： 摘　　要:本文分析了1990年以来我国投资和消费拉动经济增长的情况，重点分析了住房投资对经济增长的贡献。文章对我国投资主导经济增长的深层原因及不良后果进行了深入剖析，并分析了国际上一些国家经济增长从投资主导型向消费主导型转变的现实途径。

Abstract: Abstract:The paper analyses the economic growth driven both by investment and consumption, mainly focuses on the contribution of residential investment to economic growth. It thoroughly analyses the deep-rooted factors result in mainly investment driven economic growth and its aftereffect, as well as the channel to realize the transition form mainly investment driven economic growth to mainly consumption driven economic growth.
