摘要： 摘　　要:经济发展和环境问题，日益受到全世界的高度重视。本文利用投入产出分析方法，对韩国的经济结构变化与二氧化碳排放关系进行实证分析，得出韩国在1980年代后期的内需主导型发展模式带来了环境负荷的减少；1990年代前期的出口主导型发展模式带来了环境负荷的增加。结果表明韩国是出口环境负荷相对大的产品，也就是背负先进国家的环境负荷实现经济增长，对我国的经济发展与环境问题具有重要的借鉴意义。

Abstract: Abstract:The relationship between economic development and environmental pollution is drawing the attentions of international community. Employing the input-output analysis technique, the paper conducts experimental analysis on the relationship between the change of economic structure and emission of carbon dioxide in Republic of Korea. The conclusions suggest that environmental pollution was decreased thanks to the policy of domestic demand supported development in latter 1980＇ s and environmental pollution was increased due to export-oriented development in earlier 1990＇ s. Korea exported commodities produced with high environmental pollution indicates that Korea took the burden of environmental pollution for developed countries in exchange of economic growth. The conclusions are valuable for China to deal with the issue of relationship between economic growth and environmental pollution.
