摘要： 摘　　要:此文对主观幸福感进行了较系统的讨论。数据来源基于北京市统计局的一项调查。其思路是将诸多变量通过因子分析法归纳为四个主因素，即工作、生活、收入分配和社会保障。通过这四个主因素的关系对影响幸福感的各种关系进行了分析。特别是其后的结论具有重要的参考价值，即现阶段GDP还是影响幸福感的最为重要的指标。

Abstract: Abstract:The paper discusses the relationship between job, life, income distribution, social security and subjective wellbeing based on the structural equation model. The conclusions are reached as follows： first, social security and income distribution play important roles on subjective well-being; second, the higher income is, the higher subjective well being is; third, young and old people have more life happiness than middle aged people; forth, people with higher educational level have more work happiness than those with lower level.
