Abstract: Abstract:Regarding the existing problems of imperfect of statistical system, incompleteness of laws and regulations, over-weighted burden of statistical organizations of grass roots and the decreasing of survey units＇ willingness to cooperate, the authors forward the suggestions to standardize requirements and strengthen statistics reform.
