房地产市场调查方法新探——对市场规律和本质探讨的尝试

Abstract: Market investigation is an important approach to understand the real estate market, through which a mass of information is acquired, but the overflow of information is ineluctable. This article attempted to find out two solutions : one is that learning the buying habit and notion of the estate consumers, the other is that identifying the course of purchase. The result supported that not only the more abundant, but also more general and nonrepresentational marketable information was acquired, which was beneficial to conform information and hold market rules and essence.
