Abstract: In order to study that how and in what extent such factors as technology progress, terminal demand,inpert-expert may affect the tktal national economic amount as well as its structure, the paper established an input-output biased estimate model based on the essential inputoutput model. Practice in the reality proves a good effect. It provides a new quantitative analyzing method for the kind of problems.
