Abstract: Building up a well off society of a higher standard in an all round way need enlarging the tertiary industry s employment capacity,but how to enlarge its employment capacity?Based on the present situation of China s employment,the problem in the tertiary industry s employment and the relationship between the output value and employment of the tertiary industry were analyzed,then some countermeasures about enlarging the tertiary industry s employment capacity in China were put forward in this paper.
