Abstract: The United States as one of 4 main traditional user of anti-dumping policy in the world, it's anti-dumping policy has aroused increasing concern of government, enterprise, law as well as academic circles, our country pay attention to this unusually too, but no one study systematically on empirical analysis of U.S. anti-dumping. This paper carries out an overall analysis to on practical aspects of U.S. anti-dumping policies, in order to provide better countermeasures that can be employed by China.
