Abstract: Resources investigation, especially which over large areas, has many difficulties to cope with, and one of those is contradiction between the spatial scale and the time interval of the investigation. The paper focuses on a schema of sampling frame in the resources investigation that will shorten the time interval while keep the spatial scale. The multi-layer sampling of frame can be applied by GIS techniques and give efficient support to the resources investigation.
