Abstract: Since 1990, the inflow of foreign funds has been an indispensable factor for promoting China economic growth. Therefore, its status is becoming an serious concern for China macroeconomic policy makers. This paper describes and analyses the change of China demand for foreign funds from 1991 through 1996. based on China Balance of Payments.
