Abstract: Quantitative analysis is an important method in statistical applications, while obscure quantitative analysis is even a practical tool combined obscure mathematics with statistical methods in the recent scientific research and economical applications. The paper has made comparison between the two, analyzed their similarities and differences, and found out their internal relations in order to seek a development orientation in statistical applications.
