Abstract: The function income distribution means that the productive achievements are distributed according to the role or contribution made by the various productive factors in social production. Weather it is reasonable or not directly affects the optimal allocation of the productive factors. The paper has made measurement on the revenue shares by labor and capital in national income since the economic reform in our country, and analyzed the reason for the raising of labor share by econometric model.
