Abstract: Under the background of the grain flow changing in our country-transformation from “Grain Sent from the South to the North” to “Grain Sent from the North to the South”, the author analyzed the deep reason for this historical change, sought the way to stabilize the total supply of grain, give full play to the superiority of regional resource, properly readjust the production distribution, and maintain the stable growth of grain, under the new situation of the grain production/sales and supply/needs.
