Abstract: Based on the systematic discussion on the complicated and ordered quantities relations in the income distribution and utilization process, the author suggests a new revised table of capital flow that differs from the current table in our country. It takes the net value added as distributed objective, and explicitly shows the indicators such as “raw income” after the preliminary distribution and “disposable income” obtained through non-financial re-distribution. The new table can express the distribution and utilization process of social income and be the basis of measuring the important aggregated indicators of national economy. It also lists “the balance between exports and imports” so that the column of “the rest of world ” in the table becomes an epitome of the international balance to reflect its basic situation.
