Abstract: World has entered the information times. The production, circulation, exchange and distribution of the information will become the major body of economy in the world. Information power is a n important sign of measuring national and international competition power. This paper expound the major role played in the national economy by information power firstly, express and compare the information power index of China, America, Japan, etc., and finally, make suggestions about improving the information power of China.
