Abstract: The paper expresses the following authors’ standpoints. As a first-grade discipline, statistics is a general name for subject group that includes a variety of subjects with general characteristics as well as independency each other. This subject group can be divided into two components: general statistics and special statistics. This special subject of Social-Economic Statistics includes Statistics of Social Sciences (Statistics of Economic Sciences ) and Statistics of Social-Economic Reality. There are difference as well as relationships between Statistics of Social-Economic Reality and Mathematical Statistics. The role of Principle of Social-Economic Statistics is to provide the fundamental knowledge of plan design, data processing and development for statistical survey of social-economic reality.
