Abstract: The paper, based upon a review of the development of China’s national economy in 1995, through analysis of both advantages and disadvantages confronted by China’s Macro-economy in the coming year as well as the periods of economic development and economic system reform, makes a full discussion around the dilemma between faster economic growth and inflation control. The author’s conclusion is that the comparative feasible choice of Macro-adjustment policies should be: giving consideration to both growth and inflation and making constant headway; seizing the opportunity and deepening reform
