地区信任与超大规模市场优势——基于区域经济互动的视角

摘要: 在加快推进国内大循环的情境下,国内统一大市场的形成关系到超大规模市场优势的建立。针对信任这一非正式制度如何影响国内统一大市场形成的问题,本文基于世界银行中国投资环境调查、国家企业信用信息公示数据库、我国授权发明专利数据库等数据构建的微观匹配大数据,从贸易、生产、投资和研发合作4个维度检验了地区信任对统一大市场形成的影响。研究发现:地区间的信任水平提升能显著提高被信任地区企业成为对方贸易伙伴、上下游主要供应商、被投资企业以及研发合作伙伴的概率,从经济合作网络层面推进了区域统一大市场的形成。本文从文化经济学视角切入拓宽了信任问题研究范畴,为如何打造统一大市场提供了信任这一非正式制度的思路和证据。

Abstract: Under the background of speeding up the promotion of domestic economic circle, the formation of a unified large market in China is important to the establishment of super large-scale market advantage. The paper tests the impact of trust as an informal institutional arrangement on the formation of a unified domestic large market, from the views of trade, production, investment and innovation cooperation, based on the micro matched big data of World Bank survey of Chinese enterprises, national industrial and commercial enterprise registration, annual reports of listed companies and the patent data of State Intellectual Property Office. The results show that: the improvement of trust between regions significantly improves the probability of trusted regional enterprises becoming trading partners, upstream and downstream suppliers, invested enterprises and R&D partners. The trust between regions indeed promotes the formation of regional unified large market from the economic cooperation network. This paper expands the research on trust from the perspective of cultural economics and provides ideas and evidence for building a unified large market with the informal institution of trust.
