中国产业数字化程度的测算与分析

摘要: 随着数字技术与实体经济的不断融合,产业数字化逐渐为高质量发展注入新动能。基于行业视角,本文借助增长核算框架测度2001—2020年我国不同行业的数字化程度,采用泰尔指数及分解方法考察各产业数字化程度的行业差异及动态演进,并利用投入产出模型分析不同类型部门之间的经济关联。研究显示:我国产业数字化发展速度快于数字产业化,产业数字化对经济增长的间接贡献大于数字产业化的直接贡献。从趋势上看,我国产业数字化发展势头良好、稳中有进,但农林牧渔业、房地产业、采矿业和交通运输仓储邮政业等行业的数字化进程缓慢,有很大增长空间。从差异上看,我国产业数字化程度呈现“第三产业>第二产业>第一产业”的特征,虽然三次产业之间的数字化程度差异逐渐缩小,但产业内部差异依然较大,且在数字化程度较高的第三产业表现尤为明显。数字经济高融合产业依靠关联效应拉动产出增长,而低融合产业主要依靠内生发展拉动增长,亟需加快数字化转型步伐、实现产业协同发展。

Abstract: With the continuous integration of digital technology and real economy, industrial digitization gradually injects new momentum for high-quality development. This paper firstly measures the digitization degree of different industries in China from 2001 to 2020 with the growth accounting framework, then investigates the industry differences and dynamic evolution of the digitization degree of various industries by using the Theil index and its decomposition method, and finally analyzes the economic linkages between different types of sectors based on the input-output model. The research shows that: 1) China?s industrial digitization develops faster than digital industrialization, and the indirect contribution of industrial digitization to economic growth is greater than the direct contribution of digital industrialization. 2) China?s industrial digitization has a good momentum of development and steady progress, but the digitization of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, real estate, mining, transportation, warehousing and postal industries is slow and much to be desired. 3) China?s industrial digitization degree presents the characteristic of “tertiary industry>secondary industry>primary industry”. Although the difference in digitization degree among the three industries gradually shrinks, the difference within the industry is still large, especially in the tertiary industry in which the degree of digitization is high. 4) The high integration industry of digital economy depends on the linkage effect to drive the output growth, while the low integration industry mainly depends on the endogenous development to drive the growth. It is urgent to speed up the pace of digital transformation and to realize industrial coordinated development.
