摘要: 考虑到评价对象异质化有悖于同质性假设前提,提出了一种基于均衡理论的群组评价方法。首先,测度了评价对象的差异程度,并基于此对群组进行了有效性划分,避免了非主体因素影响评价结论的公平性;其次,利用均衡理论进行分组,保证了群组再划分的同质性,实现了评价结论的客观可控性;再次,通过多阶段评价技术和分子群技术,进行交互式评价和标准化修正,兼顾了评价结论的科学性与活动组织的效率。最后,给出了应用研究,通过比较表明该方法更具科学性和稳定性。

Abstract: Considering heterogeneity of evaluation objects goes against the homogeneity assumption, this paper proposes a group evaluation method based on equilibrium theory. Firstly, to avoid non-subject factors affecting the fairness of evaluation conclusion, this paper measures the difference degree of evaluation objects and makes the effective division of sub-groups. Secondly, by using equilibrium theory to group, this paper ensures homogeneity of re-division and realizes objective controllability of evaluation conclusion. Furthermore, this paper makes interactive evaluation and standardized correction through multistage evaluation technology and molecular technology, to give consideration to scientific nature of conclusion and efficiency of organization activities. Finally, the application is given, and the comparison shows that the method is more scientific and stable.
